What are your recommendations for next assignment?

Im a SSG 11B With only 10 months Squad Leader rated time....16 months as a Drill Sergeant and will have 26 months as a Drill Sergeant Leader. Senior NCOs, what are your recommendations for next assignment?

Read DA PAM 600-25(CMF11) this will guide you a clear snapshot of where you need to be at your current level and follow up assigment. I would not worry to much as for your squad leader time if you can get PSG time. Make sure that before you leave FT Jackson get inducted in the SAMC club and re engage your college part of being a well rounded individual will consist in doing well on your line assigments and your TRADOC time. You just finished checking the block on the generating force now you need to get back to your bread and butter however since the war is coming to and end you need to become a versatile NCO so there is always things you have not done in your career Airborne INF or Air Assault, OC, RTB the Old Guard remember those who take the hard assigments and do well stand out from their peers specially in a large community like yours.
