So that innocuous name meant our big time mission was wide area decontamination. Bad A business with nasty counter agents, tankers, dispersing nozzles, pumps, MOPP gear, you name it. Basically it's good for decon of a wide enough and long enough piece of road, rail, whatever so the logistics pipeline flows. We're not there to deal with people. Not our mission. So a few laws of the universe apply.

1. If you're slimed, it takes a while for help so the helpers don't die too.
2. Most agents decompose, over x, y, or z time and the best answer may be to let nature do its thing.
3. Responses get pretty anal when it comes to airports, rail, bus, subway stations. That's not because you have 100 dead people. It's because they need to get back to pushing 50,000 people by that spot daily soonest.
4. People will overreact because they don't know, aren't trained, etc. Case in point was the Baby Ruth Bar in the pool in Caddyshack.
5. There's little you can do to help the already dead but don't know it yet.

Pretty brutal stuff with the local, regional, etc. people assets really overloaded quickly. Be sure, whatever joint ops center is in charge of the response, there will be conversations of how much, how hard, how quick or slow that affects the casualty number. We go for lowest but have to face reality that you can't do everything for everyone in an instant. So the decisions on how the response is implemented will determine to an extent who lives and who dies. Do we have a policy concerning first use of these weapons from a country or terrorist organization on a population? We need to look at this and enforce these policies. If that means the eradication of ISIS then let's push our government, our allies, and the UN to formulate a strategic plan to enforce the policies and hunt this organization and its leaders down. I know it's not that simple but we elected these officials into office.... we need to hold them accountable. Is this not part of our homeland security issues? If they can "recruit" the talent that they need to weaponize these chemicals their threat will become much worse. We must stop this threat before it becomes validated beyond the point that it already is. Once we have the evidence that chemical was used, I would consider that the no first use rule is in effect. Might have to find some of our old stuff for use. Then tell them that they have violated the rules and we are going to react in kind. Hit them with the most powerful non nuke weapons we have. Next would be the EMP attack to knock out all electronics. Then let the 82nd, 101st, pay a visit for no longer than 45-50 day killing every bad guy we can.
