What are your thoughts on a Senior NCO portion of the SFL-TAP process? What would you like it to do?

I appreciate all the feedback. I am planning to try and build a SFL-TAP that is specific to Senior NCOs. Part of this concept is leveraging CEOs from the civilian sector to tell us what their biggest business issues/problems are and then match a Senior NCO to that problem set. Just need to know if anyone has any other feedback on how Senior NCOs would receive this type of program.

CSM (Join to see) The concept is good and having completed SFL-TAP recently I would like to see more conducive training in federal resumes.
