What are your thoughts on Abo Ezrael, his alleged war crimes, and how he works with the Iraqi PMF?

Sgt (Join to see) - The guy goes around videoing his role in small skirmishes, appears to keep up a steady stream of social media memes praising himself, claims 1,500 enemy ISIS kills, and pissed everyone off by slicing parts off deceased burned ISIS combattant. He has made himself and his family into a target ( video of his home instructing his tiny children to pull grenade pins if enemy appears in his doorway / home ). I know people in this part of the world are a little crazy - but there is something to be said for not painting a target on your own and your family member's backs. My guys say he is a celebrity showman who lacks the discipline and organization needed to effectively engage and defeat AQAP / Daesh / ISIS et al. Sandy :)

Oh, and if you're unaware of Abo Ezrael, he's been dubbed the "Iraqi Rambo". He's a former university professor that left to put a boot in ISIS ass, he's currently in command of the Iraqi PMF from my understanding.
