What are your thoughts on the death penalty? Should it be taken away completely?

The Clown who shot up the Charleston SC AME Church
The "Person" just arrested for serial murder and personal enslavement... in SC and the parents of the Little girl who went missing 6 years ago and they plead innocent and continued to collect her welfare check...
i could go on... but you get idea... People who are just Evil to the core...

I think so because too many innocent people have been killed.
