What concerns me the most is the emergence of the word caliph.

Sir, they've been talking about a caliphate for a long time. The "self-styled 'caliph'" is probably going down under a drone strike sometime soon.

I am concerned about the expansion of the Islamic State. There was a post about the will to fight, and I think that's what's lacking over there. We can train them, we can arm them, we can support them, but we can't force them to have the will to fight. That comes from within ... and it seems to be lacking in a big way so far, except among certain smaller groups.
