Everything these guys are saying. Keep good communication with your co workers. Stay alert & respond appropriately. Don't use excessive force & always remember there will be people recording any altercation to pay on social media. Always do the right thing even when you think nobody is watching.

Head on a swivel, know your crew, never approach anybody SOLO, know ID's good from the bad, and always be polite. Take nothing personal, as most aholes will be drunk. Oh, and never sleep/take home clients. Find your own dates on your own time. Women tend to be clingy/teases and want "favors" if you fall for their BS.

That will come down to the Owner or Client if your outsourced. When I did it, the club owner allowed us: Flashlight for reading ID's, Blue Light wand for checking returns as we used incandescent marks. Owners policies where minimal damage to clients and property, escort them out & have local LEO's take it from there. If it became a brawl, get LEO's to go in and break it up/arrest themselves. Cloths we wore Black pants/BDU's for pocket space, Polo's w/ Club name, black boots.

Oh, forgot, on nights he thought the "Thug" crowds would attend, a hand held metal detector. Find a firearm notify LEO's, stall the person, or turn them away, then notify LEO's.

SPC Kenneth Koerperich - So, keep flashlight, consider blue/blacklight wand and metal detector. Got it! What else? Any general flowcharts or appropriate responses for average situations - bad or good?

Place yourself in Officer spot. Never "Solo" a "client". Always in pairs or triple team. When triple teaming, form a diamond. You @ the facing "client" position, the other 2 should be in the 3 & 9 positions. If it becomes physical, 3 & 9 each pin an arm and escort towards door while you become blocker/path clearer. Always try to talk down "clients" before it becomes physical. Use your Verbal Judo. Always document, no matter what client want's. Try to get a Name, DL#, and "client" response for your records. Also, for any reports to LEO's. Be professional, courteous, and use "force" as a last resort.
