Fighting isn't worth it, drink heavily, do your job and be ready to walk away even though it may hurt, don't look back.

SPC Baraa Abbas . There is so much information out there ie: FRG handbooks etc that helps immensely.
When I put in my retirement paperwork there is a very good handbook for information. I printed it off and gave to my wife and told her read thru it (if she wanted too...of course..lol) and asked her to highlight and write down any questions or something she didn't understand. She took about a week or so and we sat down and went over everything she had highlighted/wrote down.
