Meaning we have a sense of purpose and a concise solution to a problem.<br /><br />Here's a funny example <br /><br />When we were privates, it took a platoon of us to turn a lightbulb loose.<br /><br />when we become higher ranking we learned to instill motivation to make that platoon turn a lightbulb loose.
