I was raised as a Boy Scout and have always strived to live by the Scout Law of Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent. Unfortunately I have experienced too many Officers and NCO's who can not adhere to these values. You must stand for something and these values are how I've tried to lead my life and career. Walk the talk. Lead by example. Hopefully, I have had a positive influence upon those that I have associated with and lead.    COL George Antochy Sun, 05 Jan 2014 23:56:31 -0500 2014-01-05T23:56:31-05:00 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 6 at 2014 7:01 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-attributes-do-you-want-most-in-a-superior-and-subordinate?n=33541&urlhash=33541 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Compassionate, willing to learn, willing to listen, willing to lead.
