The book I read when I'm in need of some motivation is called: "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff". I loved reading this book! I don't have a different book for other activities at the moment, but I am always looking for an interesting read.

Books: Brad Taylor's Pike Logan Series, Dalton Fury's Kolt Raynor Series, Vince Flynn & Brad Thor novels.

Movies: The Green Berets, We Were Soldiers, Where Eagles Dare, The Great Escape, Bourne Series, Ronin, 24 Series.

TV: Blacklist, Intelligence, Person of Interest.

The television show "The Unit." It's not on anymore but was about Delta Force and all of their hardcore missions.

Rocky..the entire series..

Finding Alice is a new-ish movie that really got me. She's a brilliant doctor, professor, wife, and mother that finds out she has early onset Alzheimer's. Julianne Moore plays the lead and watching her lose Her identity is heartbreaking. I don't think we realize how much we rely on our accomplishments, goals, and even regrets to define Who we are..... Until they begin disappearing. My great grandma had it and I thought I must be frustrating. This movie just put things in a different perspective and made me appreciate what I have.

If I just need a laugh instead of a total reset, Step-Brothers or Wedding Crashers.
