For the US Army, the National Guard came first. By about 100+ years or so.

The Reserves is the youngest of the 3 Army components, having been established on 23 April 1908

To my knowledge the minute men where the national guard component, who fought the revolutionary war so I would say reserve

i'm not 100% sure, i would say reserve due to the fact there existed militias in the American colonies from the 15th century and beyond - but the Continental Marines existed before and after the republic was formed so it could go either way, more specificity required
