What can a Nurse Recruiter do to help Active Duty RNs or their spouses transition to a new position?

I'm new on here and am a recruiter for Inova Health System in Northern Virginia. I have already interacted with multiple military spouses and an active duty military member duruing my short time with Inova. I would like to continue supporting in the best way possible. What are some things I should know or learn?

Contact your local Veterans Administration Hospital and volunteer as a professional liaison for transitioning Active Duty/ Retiring members.
