What can I do if I can't find a military certificate or award?

I was recently going through my records on IPERMS and double checking with my hard copies I noticed that I'm missing an AAM and a GCM, as I recall I do remember the AAM was not given to me on time when I PCSed Campbell in 2016, I emailed my NCO at the time and he said he would mail it to me, unfortunately that never happened since he ETSed and I don't know what happened after that. The other one was a good conduct medal that I must have misplaced it, I looked everywhere but couldn't find the certificate. Is there anything I can do to recover this documents or should I just consider them lost?

The orders awarding them to you are more important than the display certificate.

Bad news
The AAM that should have been mailed to you was probably never completed and you likely don't have it.
Good News
Your company can award you the good conduct medal as long as there is no bad paper in your OMPF for the time period.
