SPC Private RallyPoint Member 6999704 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Back in February I was advised by my first line that I was entitled BAH, and in order to receive BAH, I had to clear the barracks and use that as a supporting document. So, I cleared the barracks, got an apartment and then told i would not be receiving BAH. I put in a CNA packet. Hearing rumors about it getting denied although I was led down the wrong path by my leadership. My spouse gets BAH @ E3 What can I do if I was told by my supervisor that I was entitled to BAH, but then was denied BAH after moving out of the barracks? 2021-05-24T15:50:15-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 6999704 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Back in February I was advised by my first line that I was entitled BAH, and in order to receive BAH, I had to clear the barracks and use that as a supporting document. I don’t know what they expect me to do, go in debt paying for this apartment I was told would be paid for? (I am stationed at JBLM &amp; my spouse is at MCB Camp Pendleton.) I was also under the impression that regulation states that the higher ranking service member was entitled BAH, which would be me. Unless you have children, you’ll get it at the “without dependents” rate since your spouse is also military.
