SPC Private RallyPoint Member6903984<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Alright, this is my first time posting on here, so here it goes. I’m SPC Stanfill an 88M with the Alabama Army NG, I’ve been in a little over 2 years and I just started putting together my 153A packet. What can I do to make myself stand out (I understand that my MOS and TIS are both awful for what I’m doing). Any comments regarding my packet will be greatly appreciated!!What can I do to make myself stand out when preparing and submitting my 153A packet?2021-04-15T09:25:26-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member6903984<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Alright, this is my first time posting on here, so here it goes. Most of the guys I know that went 153A were grunts, which certainly doesn't give you any experience unless you count hanging your feet out the door of a Blackhawk. As far as I know, your performance on the SIFT, ASVAB score, evaluations in your current MOS and LOR's for any pilots you know go a long way. If you don't know any pilots, I would contact my local aviation unit and arrange to meet some.Response by CPT Lawrence Cable made Apr 15 at 2021 9:35 AM2021-04-15T09:35:38-04:002021-04-15T09:35:38-04:00CW3 Kevin Storm6904564<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you want to be a WO, talk to one. Make your resume as strong as your LORs. Not sure exactly how they rack and stack/rate 153A packets as it’s not a direct PMOS transfer. Again, LORs and your resume should be heavily thought out. I was FQ-S on the March board and I personally think my LORs and resume were very well written and had a great impact on getting selected.Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 16 at 2021 7:22 PM2021-04-16T19:22:19-04:002021-04-16T19:22:19-04:002021-04-15T09:25:26-04:00
