Forget about the Marine way of doing things, all NCO&#39;s are Sergeant except for Corporals, which aren&#39;t common in the Army, and Sergeant Majors. The PT is different from the Marines, but I think you will find it just as effective. Were you 0300 in the Marines? <br />We had a number of Marines that went through with me, none of them had problems adjusting.
