What can I expect in MSLC at Ft. Benning?

I can't answer specifically to the 11 series SLC, but across the board, the Sergeant Majors Academy has produced the NCO-C3 (Common Core Competencies) POI for all SLC courses. You'll have an essay and a decision briefing to prepare within the first week. The best advice I can give to anyone attending an SLC course is to be prepared to share your experience. You'll be in a class with Soldiers from across the Army. They will all have different experiences. As an Instructor in the 91/94 series SLC, I learn from the students and they learn from each other. Speaking up and sharing your knowledge will help everyone learn, and you will have a better experience. Someone has to be first to talk, and I challenge everyone to be first.

You can expect experiences to vary based off how motivated your instructor is and the doctrine to be out of date.
