You&#39;ll have an essay and a decision briefing to prepare within the first week. The best advice I can give to anyone attending an SLC course is to be prepared to share your experience. You&#39;ll be in a class with Soldiers from across the Army. They will all have different experiences. As an Instructor in the 91/94 series SLC, I learn from the students and they learn from each other. Speaking up and sharing your knowledge will help everyone learn, and you will have a better experience. Someone has to be first to talk, and I challenge everyone to be first.
