We are currently at a stand still with promotions due to force restructuring. Our population is very small however, the MOS can be very rewarding both in and out of the military. I talked to my retention NCO and he acted like they did not have school dates for a long time or something? I know the promotion will be scarce due to a small community and I’m fine with that. My question is Will I actually be doing this job when I complete AIT or will I just end up working with other MOS’s like the uniforms and bravos?
