What can I learn about the 25E MOS in terms of development and career progression? Thinking about reclassing.

Well if you are looking for career progression then this might not be the MOS for you. We are currently at a stand still with promotions due to force restructuring. Our population is very small however, the MOS can be very rewarding both in and out of the military.

I am curious to know is it even still available? I talked to my retention NCO and he acted like they did not have school dates for a long time or something? Not sure how much truth to this there is would be curious if anyone else knows the answer to that?

I recently secured a class seat for 25E and I’m excited about the possibilities of working in a technical field. I know the promotion will be scarce due to a small community and I’m fine with that. My question is Will I actually be doing this job when I complete AIT or will I just end up working with other MOS’s like the uniforms and bravos?
