What can the retired military community do to fight domestic terrorism?

Just saw Patriots Day tonight and learned much I didn't know of the events of April 2013. Damn me if you wish, but I hate these terrorists, and thought during the movie, "What can a 65 y/o retired Jarhead do to help fight this, if anything?". There is such a wide variety of experience and opinions here on RP, I thought I'd bring it up for discussion. Thanks much in advance for your input.

Militarized the southern border. Deport any Imams preaching hate, deport all those on terror watch lists. Anyone associated with terrorists fined and loss of property. No Muslims brought here. Look at Europe. Establish a safe area for them over there.
Shira Law is not compatible with the Constitution. The 95% of the Ummah must fear us more than they fear the warriors for Muhammad within their ranks.

I got into law enforcement, no max age requirements here in SC. I also joined the Coast Guard Auxiliary which is a great way to keep connected as you are part of the Department of Homeland Security and there are many jobs you can hold down.

Now that the battlefield has evolved to Assymetric Warfare. Darknet which I barely scathed into during Computer Literacy in AWC is now a reality. A sorta like SIPR on NIPR for crooks. Things such as Tor and SSL socket and masking your location with DNS is now easy to even do just by googling. Teach the young American warriors to be Strong Warriors some day so they save your behind when crap happens.
