I've known at least 1 AGR recruiter who signed up for it on his initial tour.<br><br>When I came on tour, I already had the 30, but I did the buy up (complete waste of $600 for those switching to post 9/11).<br><br>There some unusual circumstances where the chapter 30 may be more advantageous than the 33.<br> SFC Stephen P.
