What classes or study materials did you use for the HR certification? Which one of the certifications is better in the civilian world?

Hello everyone,

I'm headed to Kuwait soon and one of the things that I want to focus on is gaining my HR cert. I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with taking classes for the cert or what materials did they use to study? Also, which one of the certs is better in the civilian world in your opinion?

So, I've been down this road of getting an HR certification, and I gotta say, it's a good call on your part, especially with your time in Kuwait coming up. When I was looking into certifications, I decided to go for an online course. It was super convenient because I could just log in and study whenever I had free time, which was great for my hectic schedule.

As for which certification to pick, it's kinda like choosing what brand of car to buy – it depends on what you need and where you're going. For me, I chose online hr certification from https://www.hracademia.com/ that had a good rep internationally. I figured it would open more doors for me down the road. If you're looking at the civilian side of things, certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are pretty solid choices.
