Hello, can anyone on here tell me what colleges offer free or discounted schooling for military spouses if their husband is a ROTC instructor at that college?

SGT Private RallyPoint Member how much choice is your husband going to get on his assignment? They usually pinpoint you to a ROTC Battalion, then they rotate people between the host school, satellites, and cross enrolled schools.

Many schools also have a policy that they don't not extend tuition waivers for employee families for a certain amount of time. My mother worked at a major university in Boston and was not allowed for the first five years. I wasn't able to go there, but my sister attended there for near free (still have some fees and books).

You may want to look into the Yellow Ribbon program. Different schools have voluntarily extended different offers for veterans, active duty , and families. https://www.benefits.va.gov/GIBILL/yellow_ribbon/yrp_list_2018.asp
