<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You receive a DD Form 256: Honorable Discharge Certificate or 257: General Discharge Certificate. The DD 214 is only issued after periods of active duty, generally 90 days or longer. There are exceptions to that rule, but you will not receive another 214 after completion of your time in the Reserves.
