During mine, I was not asked any technicalities. The questions involved my commitment to the Army and the job, how I’m going to deal with AFTPs (flying during the week), what my plans are for the future, my civilian career, etc. They want to see how well you will fit in, if you are committed to the state/job, and if you are dedicated to keep up with the rigorous hours you need to remain current.
