Do OCP's help them blend in with their hangars and offices? If not, what's the point?

I find it somewhat upsetting. As a Soldier we have different missions and risk. From OIF to present day, there are approximately 6500 casualties. 70% of the deaths are Army, 24% is Marines. The Marines make up only 10% of the military, so 24% is huge. The Navy makes up 5% of the casualties. So now Air Force only makes up 1% of the 6500 death. So many Soldiers were jacked up or died wearing that uniform and the Air Force wants to look like Soldiers but has the luxury of never being exposed to any danger. Again we’re different.

I get your points but I'm one of those "rare" folks that was injured in theater in Helmond....be sure to understand that some of us are exposed to the same crap. The Air Force doesn't conduct a "vote" on this stuff....DC Brass decides this....no need to trash Air Force personnel so broadly for things we don't control....it should be based on job and assignment DOD wide in my opinion. Some soldiers are not exposed to combat either!

I think that if they do it'll be the first time since BDUs that they actually looked like a military branch.
