That could be from just watching tv or going for a walk. In my case I go to the gym and when i have time off i leave the area for a small vacation. Happy hour was always near; retirements; promotions; transfers, cookouts and pool parties at the club never ended. When the CO visited the club you better be there and be seen. Of course the package store was never far away which made it very convenient to resupply. I might vent a little, but that's it. When I'm at home, that's my place to relax. I don't even allow the news in my house simply because it has a tendency to rile people up. If I want to stay informed on current events, I'll do that at work. But home is where I spend my time with my family, and I don't want to be stressed while I'm with family.
