Try to keep a good balance of protein and carbs in all my meals. I also take (when I'm not in a restricted school) amino acids at night. It is also grown in the tropics. The leaves, bark, flowers, fruit, seeds, and root are used to make medicine.

Moringa is used for “tired blood” (anemia); arthritis and other joint pain (rheumatism); asthma; cancer; constipation; diabetes; diarrhea; epilepsy; stomach pain; stomach and intestinal ulcers; intestinal spasms; headache; heart problems; high blood pressure; kidney stones; fluid retention; thyroid disorders; and bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic infections.

Moringa is also used to reduce swelling, increase sex drive (as an aphrodisiac), prevent pregnancy, boost the immune system, and increase breast milk production. Some people use it as a nutritional supplement or tonic.

Moringa is sometimes applied directly to the skin as a germ-killer or drying agent (astringent). It is also used topically for treating pockets of infection (abscesses), athlete’s foot, dandruff, gum disease (gingivitis), snakebites, warts, and wounds.

Oil from moringa seeds is used in foods, perfume, and hair care products, and as a machine lubricant.

Moringa is an important food source in some parts of the world. Because it can be grown cheaply and easily, and the leaves retain lots of vitamins and minerals when dried, moringa is used in India and Africa in feeding programs to fight malnutrition. The immature green pods (drumsticks) are prepared similarly to green beans, while the seeds are removed from more mature pods and cooked like peas or roasted like nuts. The leaves are cooked and used like spinach, and they are also dried and powdered for use as a condiment.

The seed cake remaining after oil extraction is used as a fertilizer and also to purify well water and to remove salt from seawater.

How does it work?
Moringa contains proteins, vitamins, and minerals. As an antioxidant, it seems to help protect cells from damage.

http://www.zijadifference.com/?distid=4521434

https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-1242/moringa

Home | The Zija Difference

Since 2006, Zija International has been dedicated to supplying the world with nutrition-packed supplements and creating premium products that meet an unprecedented standard of excellence. I don't have to rush on either end as the body takes hours to process food. Keep it consistent, keep it moderate and adjust the total weekly calorie count based on your activity level outside of workouts. (I never count a workout as calories burned. You should base everything on lab work I. Order to not put too many unnecessary chemicals of any sort in your body. Lab work looks at all components associated with your health. I sat with my PA a long time ago and he was able to break it down and tie it to a healthy diet and the appropriate supplements. Six months later we adjusted based on bew lab work. Before lifting weights I'll use a pre-workout with creatine. I also use another drinkable supplement during the workout that is supposed to help with stamina and recovery. After the workout I will drink a protein shake, but I add yogurt, fruit, honey, and a scoop of ice cream. I usually have two protein shakes like that each day because I am trying to put on muscle mass. On top of that, I take a daily multivitamin just to make certain I get everything I need. As far as diets go, I try to eat healthy with the occasional pizza and soda.

Technically you don't need any supplements. A healthy diet and drinking milk after a workout will get you all the nutrients you need to recover. 90% of your gains are dependent on your diet.

Following my set up, I have gained 40lbs of muscle over the passed 24 months, going from 160 lbs to 200 lbs. I started working out while deployed. However, muscle weighs more than fat per volume. So even though I have gained weight, gained lots of muscle definition (one of the best parts!), I am by no means ripped like the incredible hulk with muscles on top of muscles. I have muscles, have gotten stronger, but I am still tall and lanky at 6'1".
