What do you expect of soldiers out-processing for a PCS move?

I expect them to out process in an efficient manner. If they get done early, then I expect them to continue to perform their duties and earn the paycheck they are receiving. There are options for leaving early if they so choose.

I expect them to perform their duties with the same level of commitment that they performed them with prior to beginning out processing. Obviously out processing will take precedence, but that does not mean a Soldier automatically becomes a lazy shitbag for 10 days, or whatever is the norm now...uniform needs to still look good, they still need to maintain their physical fitness, complete assigned duties and missions to the best of their abilities, keep their leadership informed and make whatever formations their leadership mandates.

The same performance prior to their PCS prep. That being said, keep in mind that their appointments should have priority- but their attitude and being on the duty roster (fairly) should stay the same.
