For me it's what plans actually work out in the sticks as the few dentists spread around affiliate differently. As it turned out, only Delta covers the stuff in town. Others are considered an out of network provider, hence you'll pay a premium for everything. Hands down, Met Life was better than Delta for the variety and depth of coverage. But I had to shift to Delta and eat occasional sidebars vs. shelling out around $200 more a year for out of network. That was just for maintenance items.

I used to go to a dental school for a few years. It was cheaper but you sat in the chair twice as long or even longer LOL. Now I get it free free free at the VA.

Rated !00% disability gets the veteran 100% coverage. Veteran delta dental appears to "cut-no-ice" for the veterans spouse & dependents. When you are 100% disabled and get free dental care, this should include the veterans spouse & dependents up to 18 years old.

Anything but the crooks at Delta Dental. They charge you a monthly fee that was more than what they paid out in a year-or at least that was my experience with them.
