And challenging one to answer...<br /><br />I'd say the hardest trait to unlearn is the...shutup and color that's the way we've always done it...rather than deal with the bureaucracy and the juice is just not worth the squeeze -- trait.<br /><br />Because not standing up and not standing out can become a bad habit during transition.<br /><br />P.S. ~ I knew that would be hard to explain..
