I guess it started with Oregon. I think among all the uniforms and accessories, Oregon could wear a different uniform every game for the next 100 years!
I personally prefer tradition and continuity with football uniforms. My alma mater, Auburn University (we're terrible this year, I know), has worn essentially the same uniforms (home and away) since at least 1957.
I really dislike the current trend of schools wearing uniforms that have nothing to do with school colors. Teams take the field with gray or black uniforms, and their school colors may be red and white or green and gold, etc. I'm glad that Auburn has resisted those changes thus far.Response by LTC Stephen C. made Nov 30 at 2015 9:20 PM2015-11-30T21:20:12-05:002015-11-30T21:20:12-05:00COL Charles Williams1141673

Those are very cool... except they are NavyResponse by COL Charles Williams made Nov 30 at 2015 11:27 PM2015-11-30T23:27:37-05:002015-11-30T23:27:37-05:00PO1 John Miller1141842

Go Navy beat Army!Response by PO1 John Miller made Dec 1 at 2015 1:57 AM2015-12-01T01:57:39-05:002015-12-01T01:57:39-05:00SSG Keven Lahde1142022

LT Private RallyPoint Member Sir I am prior Navy, so I am torn in this game....lol.
