What do you think about the robotic legs that the VA is starting to issue to paralyzed veterans?

One minute, Lt. j.g. Brandon Myers was a hard-charging Navy officer gunning it through the Naval Special Warfare obstacle course in Coronado.
The next minute, he was falling from a tall vertical cargo net. Landing hard, he hasn’t felt his legs or pelvis since.

If they are anything like the picture, they will be a nightmare to travel with and forget about air travel with the width of seats. I would like to see a slimmed down version with the power package sitting on the top of the thigh and on the shin below the knee, or behind on the calf. Great concept, however.

I think it is absolutely outstanding! Anything to improve one's quality of life is necessary!
