Drill sergeant candidates from the active component Army, Army Reserve and National Guard receive on the spot corrections from Drill Sergeant Leader Staff Sgt. Logan Robbins on "zero day" at the United States Army Drill Sergeant Academy at Fort Jackson, S.C. The nine-week course mirrors the training that new recruits to the Army receive in Basic Combat Training. The Army Reserve has over 2,800 slots available for the prestigious position.

If it was a Drill Sergeant talking to a private I would have a clever remark but it's a Drill Sergeant School Instructor talking to a Drill Sergeant School student that is a staff sergeant. Probably telling him that he is not standing at the proper position of attention.

Or he might be saying...

"You look like 10lbs of hammered shit stuffed in a 5lb bag"
