What do you think I need to know about switching from the Air Force Reserve to Army National Guard JAG?

So I am in the process of switching from the Air Force Reserve to Army National Guard JAG.

( to make a long story short, USAFR has a policy against taking attorneys until they have 2-5 years experience as jags, since I am prior active duty my rank would make to high to transfer careers then and I have wanted to be a JAG for years) I already have a gaining unit and my package has gone to the JAG Board but I expect there to be some kind of adjustment period just because of the branch switch.
