What do you think is the correct way to handle female soldiers?

I have some NCO's that are deployed and are having a hard time with the females over there. The females are essentially trying to do a mutiny against the NCO's giving all kinds of complaints such as, " he's treating me like he's my dad." or making sexual harrassment complaints to get them into trouble. I don't understand! In all my career I have never seen anything like that! Then the commanders are on the soldiers side, but whose looking after the NCO's? It just doesn't make sense...when did the Army become a free spirit? Your supposed to have discipline and they got these NCO's running scared. It's infuriating!

Why would you handle female Soldiers any different than male Soldiers when it comes to discipline?
If you've "never seen anything like that" before with male or female Soldiers, why would you feel the need to emphasize the fact they're women Soldiers?

SGT (Join to see) - the fact that people constantly state "this is ft Bragg/Korea/ft Irwin" etc.
This is the wrong answer. The UCMJ, and regulations don't vary for each duty stations. The NCOs and Officers get tired (or lazy in some cases) of the bs the little issues create, so they overlook them. Which, again, is the wrong answer.
Of course everyone is guilty of this infraction, including myself, but it's on us as leaders to uphold the regs...
Back on topic: I always try to keep my decisions and actions equal regardless of the soldier. Yea sometimes it don't work, and I tend to "take it easy" on the female soldiers, but I try not to make a habit.
Now if they are making false statements and accusing NCOs of sexism or favoritism, and the investigation comes back unsubstantiated, there should be repercussions for false statements.
But all in all, my honest opinion is just treat everyone as an adult, and always watch your back because no one else is going to do it for you.

When you bring the female soldiers in, you could always bring another NCO with you. Especially if they are "that female" you always have to cya. I've known many females who have been that female and has tried to pull that BS gender card. It gives the rest of the female soldiers a bad name, even when they are just trying to make it in the male dominate environment.

This is why I always have a witness (or two) when counseling or correcting female Soldiers.. When accusations are enough to destroy a career, you have to take steps...

There should always be a witness regardless of the gender. Regardless of the counseling or correction I will always have a witness it's just the right thing.

A witness is known to turn against you sometime, had it happen twice. But, my backup witness never turns against me. (Recorder) In all my counseling, everyone knew that I records what is taking place.

I always take another NCO with me Male or Female when i do barracks inspections. I have worked to hard and invested to much time in my career to have it destroyed.
