PFC Private RallyPoint Member 5523030 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>should officers be given a chance for redemption like most enlisted soldiers are? or should the army be harder on them than regular joes? What do you think of an officer that failed a urinalysis? Should they be held to a higher standard or given a chance for ASAP? 2020-02-05T13:56:33-05:00 PFC Private RallyPoint Member 5523030 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>should officers be given a chance for redemption like most enlisted soldiers are? or should the army be harder on them than regular joes? E-5 and above and officers? Pack your bags and Start your transition. And me personally? I think that&#39;s the right approach. NCO&#39;s and Officers should be setting the example for all to follow. How can i expect Soldiers to follow my lead if i fail a Urinalysis? That&#39;s a disaster waiting to happen. Officers have get hit with motre charges sometimes, but UCMJ is not rank made. An O fails, in my units (never had one) just like an EM- BC would BN ART 15, and then chapter them out. As a SFC I am held to a higher standard than an E1-E4. It should be that way. Think about it. We are asking soldiers to place their lives and their futures in the hands of their leaders, so shouldn&#39;t the leaders actually be worthy of that kind of trust? Urine analysis are not moving targets that you have to hit. Do the right thing, on and off duty.
