What do you think of the Space Force's new enlisted rank insignia?

Announced yesterday by Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force Roger A. Towberman, the Space Force now has its own enlisted rank insignia to go along with their new rank system.

The previous rank insignia utilized was that of the Air Force, with exception to CMSSF Towberman who was the first Guardian to have his own semi-unique enlisted rank insignia.

The Space Force previously announced that it would utilize the OCP camouflage uniform utilized by the Army and the Air Force as a duty uniform but is still working on a dress uniform and hopes to announce the final designs by December 2021.

The Space Force, along with the Navy has not yet designed a rank insignia for the position of Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC).

Will RallyPoint add the Space Force and these rank insignias now that they have released something official?

So I guess the whole title of "Guardian" is out? I suppose someone caught on to the "Guardians of The Galaxy" comparison and the amount of joke memes it would generate.

I still think it was a bit premature to make their own branch, but they did, so for what it’s worth, I like it. Land and sea warfare have long military histories spanning thousands of years. Air and space are much newer war domains, so USSF is taking the opportunity to establish new norms and traditions.

I assume the new insignia will carry over to OCPs as well? I can see some confusion with the E1-E4 rank insignia especially, at least until everyone learns them. The horizontal bars look a lot like partner nations' officer ranks.
