I recently inspected a foreign oil tanker that had mistakenly flew the flag upside down. The Coast Guard responded and ensured all was ok. The captain was chastised. Additionally, all the US flag hats, bandanna&#39;s, shirts, capes and so on need to go. Not to mention all the individuals disrespectfully mounting the US flag on their trucks to get rained on, spattered with oil, whipped in the wind, torn, etc...
