What does "Action undone by original member" mean on RallyPoint?

I get this statement under the notification drop down and have no idea what it mean. Says Action undone by the original member. Any ideas?

PO2 Mark Saffell Same here on a recent discussion-- everything disappeared .

I guess someone just deleted their "questions" or "commends".

I found out on one occasion it was because RP deleted a discussion and when they did that everyone that had posted to it had there action undone.
