What does "Adjustment Pay: Non-Taxable ENT" mean on an LES? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-does-adjustment-pay-non-taxable-ent-mean-on-an-les

UPDATE: I was able to get a hold of my readiness NCO, however, he told me my pay for November was given to me. He included in his email a highlighted portion of my LES that I sent him.

This highlighted portion states "ADJUSTMENT PAY: NON-TAXABLE ENT." He is claiming this portion to be my November pay. Considering it was only $47 and November was a full drill day. Usually on a full drill day I get around $125 before taxes. I am not seeing where this is my November pay. I thought all basic pay will go on their own LES's. Within the remarks there should be something that looks like this:

INACTIVE DUTY TRAINING 02 NOV 19 1 02 NOV 19 2 03 NOV 19 1
INACTIVE DUTY TRAINING 03 NOV 19 2

Check to see if you have a debt of some sort, it would appear as "Debt Payment" under deductions, you would also have an entry in remarks that looks something like this:

BASIC PAY DEBT BALANCE $.00
ORIGINAL DEBT $195.02 03 AUG 18 03 AUG 18
UNPAID DEBT BALANCE *TOTAL*: $.00

If you still can't find anything I would escalate beyond your readiness NCO. But first scour all your LES's (helpful link below) going back to October to make sure you haven't missed anything, I assume that your February drill is coming up, it might be worth it to print out all your LES's going back to October and bring them in, figure out who your first line leader is, and then go with them to get this straightened out.

https://www.dfas.mil/dam/jcr:cf7a51f0-3de1-469c-9ec7-02d1fb80d2c6/ResNG_reading_your_LES.pdf

ResNG_reading_your_LES.pdf

SSG Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 30 Jan 2020 14:39:51 -0500 2020-01-30T14:39:51-05:00 2020-01-30T13:50:55-05:00
