There's a lot that can be said. Go crack open a book, do some looking on the internet, watch some youtube videos, and then - if you have any more questions - you can come back with some questions that are less general in nature.

SFC (Join to see) I really wish I could believe that you were kidding but I know better. The fact that his question was so general it would be nearly impossible to point to specific internet or physical texts for the answers being sought. Ergo, I said to go searching through any and all information before coming back with specific enqueries.
Although many of us are deep wells of information it is far more important to push people to uncover information for themselves and then come to us for clarification and specific questions regarding the informationthey have found.
If you don't believe the same, "big serge", that's fine and you can attempt to rant and rave whatever information you may think they are looking for. I would rather expend my energy to suppliment the work already put in and give targeted answers, just as my best leaders pushed me by doing the same.

SFC (Join to see) your point being? Should we seek only to improve those who make the jump or everyone around us? Regardless of the kid's final career choice he must be prepared to work hard and not depend on others to ensure his success.
