Get your chain of command to take you down to finance and fill out a DA5960 "AUTHORIZATION TO START, STOP, OR CHANGE BASIC ALLOWANCE FOR QUARTERS (BAQ),AND/OR VARIABLE HOUSING ALLOWANCE (VHA)". You will need a copy of your marriage license and I would bring a copy of your spouse's birth certificate, you will need to have that somewhere in this process.
