There a few options the command has, however the Army at the next board will likely QMP you. Based on the type and severity of the alcohol incident will determine your fate. Your BC does not issue a GOMOR, that is a letter from a General Officer. Flagged mean's 0/NO personnel actions will be taken until resolved. So once it is resolved and the flag lifted, HRC will decide to change your report date, or cancel your orders.
