What does MRC2 IE means on the ERB?

With this code under P.U.L.H.E.S on the ERB, can it keep a Soldier from deploying on a EUCOM mission

I shouldn't in my opinion. I think 2 just means you need something such as a dental cleaning, etc.

IE = DEFICIENT INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

MRC = Medical Readiness Classification (which you likely know)

The '2' ... I'm not sure what that means.

If this refers to the dental readiness code, then:

MRC 1 – Fully Ready
MRC 2 – Medically deployable within 72 hours; any deficiencies correctable during final Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP)
MRC 3A – Medically deployable within 30 days;
MRC 3B – Medical requirement over 30 days to correct;
MRC 4 – Indeterminate.

Basically, MRC 1 means fine, MRC 2 means something small needs to be done, MRC 3 means something major needs to be done, and MRC 4 means something is out of date (therefore unknown). MRC 2 is deployable, but would just need to get the small thing fixed prior to deploying probably.

Edited (thanks to CW5 Private RallyPoint Member) IE means Deficient Individual Medical Equipment. Whatever that means?

see a warning in 'yellow', it could be any of the following:

Immunizations
Dental Class 2 conditions
Medical warning tags
DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) test
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) test
