What does "Recommended E5" mean on my PPW?

I was looking through my PPW and I noticed under BOX 8 "Recommended E5". I already completed my BLC and SSD1. I currently have 457 points. but I need to 527 to get promoted. Those this mean the points are waived? Who can I talk to about this?

Still have to make points. The recommendation is what makes you promotable.

That means that you are fully qualified and recommended for promotion once points are made.

You have been boarded, and have completed your required education levels. You have been recommended for promotion. All this means is that the Army sees you ready for promotion, you just have to make cut-off. You will either need to hurry and get your points above 527 in case they raise up even higher next month, or wait until they drop to 457 or lower before you can pin SGT.

Just waiting for your cut off points. If you meet your point requirements you will get promoted that following month.
