What does the CSSM on my ERB under Awards and Decorations mean?

The SM at the end would indicate some sort of Service Medal but I'm not familiar with that abbreviation (typo perhaps?). CSM Private RallyPoint Member

HRC Awards page doesn't list that abbreviation.
Is their an award that you weren't aware you received?
I'm sure someone will have the answer.

Certified in Security Supervision and Management? That was the only thing I could come up when I looked your MOS is IO based but I am not sure why a civilian award would appear on your military ERB.
