If you had to build an "Organizational Chart" of your personal traits and attributes as a Leader, a person, or an individual, what would it look like and what would it include?

Mine is above - please describe yours!

Not saying this one is mine (and in fact, it's for problem resolution), COL Mikel J. Burroughs, but it's more fun! BTW, I prefer another version, but posted one that was more PC!

At the bottom of my chart is faith in Christ, which in an inverted pyramid is the foundation for love and compassion which are both works in progress by God grace. COL Mikel J. Burroughs Next level up: leadership by service to those I lead and recognizing my weaknesses and strengths - God uses my weaknesses to HIS glory and my strengths are bounded;
Next level up: transparency of faith, hope, cares and needs; prayer, praise and thanks to God for what HE has done, is doing and HIS demonstrated confidence by guiding me through trials and testing.
Top level: the fruit of the Spirit as it is developing in me for the benefit of others while I am plugged into the vie of Christ WHO sustains me: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

I don't have a lot of time to spell it out. Because I'm at work, but I know at the bottom of my chart would be Administration. I'm horrible at record and important paper keeping. Honesty would be at the top, but being able to prove it would be a tough sell because anything in writing about my honesty would be lost in a sea unorganized papers.

What's interesting to me is to take a personal inventory looking back at how I used to think/feel/react compared with how I see myself now. Earlier in life my chart would have appeared more goal oriented, but as I've aged and grown my life roles have changed. For example, I used to be a service director for a large medical practice while I was a hard-charging Navy Chief. As I achieved more I realized my personal time and enjoyment began to carry a much higher value to me. Now I've stepped into a role where my time is spent with patients and the pace doesn't overwhelm me, and am well into my third year post-retirement from the Navy. My need to achieve goals has massively diminished. I'm happy. I have enough money to be happy (even with the ex taking a bunch). I have time to be happy. I am spiritually centered in my church. Suddenly, my calendar doesn't press down upon my shoulders.

So, for now, needs are met, wants are (mostly) met, and life is good.
